Hospitality Events/
Focus Groups

AANA permits exhibitors to hold hospitality events and focus groups.

Because of the scheduling of AANA educational sessions and official functions, no hospitality events or focus groups will be permitted between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday through Wednesday, or on Monday evening.

All activities on-site or off-site involving participants of the AANA Annual Meeting must be approved in advance. Requests for the Programs are to be submitted in writing by January 6, 2012. All other requests are to be submitted in writing by April 20, 2012, accompanied by a brief description of the event to:

In order to sponsor AANA-related activities during the meeting, companies must exhibit or make contributions equal to the average booth fee. Any company not exhibiting who attempts to conduct a focus group or a hospitality suite will be assessed a fee equal to the cost of a technical booth. The company will also be restricted from attending and exhibiting at future AANA meetings.

Pre-Registration and
Post-Registration Mailing Labels

Pre-registration and post-registration lists are available to all exhibitors on disk or mailing labels. Order forms will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Advertising Opportunities

Exhibitors have the opportunity to advertise in the AANA Journal. Contact Kathy Huntley, Mindworks Communications, 877-307-5255, ext. 249 for additional information. The August issue of the Journal is the Annual Meeting issue.

Exhibitor Listing

Exhibiting companies will be listed in the AANA Official Program and Exhibitor Directory alphabetically and by product category. Exhibitors must submit their product description by May 1, 2012 to be included in the Program. Applications received between May 1 and August 1, 2012 will be listed in an addendum insert.

Sales Lead Retrieval System

An electronic sales lead retrieval system will be available for exhibitors. Information will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit.


Opportunity to reach CRNA students

The AANA Annual Meeting offers exhibitors an excellent opportunity to begin marketing your products and services to student nurse anesthetists and develop excellent working relationships. Please include the students in all of your booth activities.
